Bookings

By booking ahead, you secure your vehicle at our most competitive rates. Pre-booking ensures that a professional driver is dedicated to your schedule, allowing us to provide a more reliable and organized service compared to last-minute alternatives.

To change or cancel your booking, please contact our support team directly via WhatsApp or phone. We offer maximum flexibility with free cancellations up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please note that modifications or cancellations made within that 2-hour window may incur a fee, as your vehicle and driver have already been dispatched.
Your booking is confirmed immediately via email or message once the reservation is made. To keep you fully informed, we will also send a second notification containing your driver’s contact details and the vehicle information shortly before your journey begins.
Once you receive your confirmation, your vehicle is officially reserved in our system. We track all bookings in real-time to ensure punctuality. You will receive a direct message with your driver’s information before departure, allowing you to stay in touch throughout the process.

We provide fixed-rate pricing that includes all standard taxes and fees, so the price you see is what you pay. However, the final fare may be adjusted in the following cases:

  • Customer-Requested Route Changes: If you decide to change your destination or add stops during the journey.

  • Extended Waiting Time: If a passenger is delayed beyond the included grace period (excluding flight or train delays, which we track for free).

  • Booking Modifications: Changes made within the 2-hour window before pickup.

Every vehicle is regularly inspected for safety and cleanliness, and our professional drivers are vetted to ensure they meet our high standards for punctuality and customer service. We monitor every journey to ensure you receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

Our goal is to make your journey as seamless as possible. By providing your details upfront, we can process your payment electronically, meaning you don’t have to worry about cash or card machines at the end of your trip. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and your information is only required once—it can be securely saved for future bookings.

Absolutely. We prioritize your security by using a world-renowned, PCI-DSS certified payment provider (Stripe). This ensures your card information is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access using the strictest industry security standards. We never store your full card details on our own servers.

Pick-up

Your driver will be waiting at the designated arrival point holding a clear sign with your name or company logo. We ensure our drivers are easily identifiable so your transition from the terminal to the vehicle is as smooth and quick as possible.

If you provided your flight or train number during the checkout process, we will actively track your arrival in real-time. Your pick-up time will be automatically adjusted to match your actual arrival, ensuring your driver is there exactly when you land, with no additional waiting charges for the delay.
If you realize you will be delayed getting to the vehicle, please contact your driver immediately using the phone number provided in your confirmation message. We provide a generous grace period for all pick-ups, but staying in direct contact helps ensure your driver remains on-site to meet you.
For your security, your driver will greet you by name and can show you a digital copy of your booking confirmation. We recommend having your own booking details ready on your mobile device to ensure a quick and secure verification process before starting your journey.

If your plans change once you are in the vehicle, please inform your driver immediately. While our drivers are happy to accommodate new routes, please be aware that a change in destination may result in an adjustment to your final fare based on the new distance or time required.

Your feedback is essential to maintaining our service standards. After every completed journey, we send a "Thank You" email where you can share your thoughts directly with us. We also invite our passengers to leave an official review on Trustpilot. This transparency helps us improve and allows future clients to book with total confidence.
