General Terms and Conditions
01. Scope and Company Identification
These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire content of the website www.pelcab.uk and to any official communication between you and the Company via email or WhatsApp. This website is owned and operated by Professional Executives Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales:

02. Definitions
“The Company” (or “PELCAB”) refers to Professional Executives Ltd.
“The Supplier” refers to the independent provider of passenger transport services (the driver/chauffeur).
“The Customer” (or “The User”) refers to the individual or entity booking the services.
“Platform” refers to the website www.pelcab.uk.
03. Legal Status: PELCAB as a Booking Agent
Professional Executives Ltd acts exclusively as a Booking Agent between the Supplier and the Customer. The contract for the provision of transport services is established solely between the Supplier and the Customer. PELCAB enables Suppliers to publish their transport offers—including vehicles, qualifications, and pricing—on the Platform.
PELCAB is responsible for the technical administration of the booking and payment collection, while the Supplier remains responsible for the physical execution of the journey.
04. Formation of Contract
All enquiries made via the Platform are non-binding until confirmed. A binding contract for transport is only concluded once the Supplier accepts the order. PELCAB will issue a Binding Booking Confirmation on behalf of the Supplier to the Customer via email. PELCAB reserves the right to reject any booking request without providing a justification.
05. Booking Fees, Modifications, and Cancellations
All fees and charges include statutory UK Value Added Tax (VAT).
Cancellations:
Over 24 Hours: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are subject to an administration fee. Details will be provided upon contact.
Under 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are subject to a fee equal to the full fare.
Modifications:
Over 24 Hours: Changes made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge.
Between 24 & 2 Hours: Changes incur a re-booking fee. The exact amount will be confirmed during the modification process.
Under 2 Hours: Modifications are not possible; the original booking remains payable and a new trip must be booked.
06. Limitation of Liability
Professional Executives Ltd and the Supplier are liable for damages caused by willful or gross negligence in accordance with UK law. However, PELCAB is not liable for:
Charges or losses arising from delays caused by the User or third parties.
The accuracy or completeness of information transmitted by the Supplier.
The actual carriage of the passenger (sole responsibility of the Supplier).
Indirect or consequential loss resulting from traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdowns.
07. User Obligations
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date data (Identity, Contact, and Flight/Train details). The Customer is responsible for account security and must report unauthorized use immediately. Failure to meet the driver at the designated time/location without prior notification will result in a “No-Show” charge (full fare).
08. Payments and Security
PELCAB acquires the claim against the Customer for services provided by the Supplier and is entitled to collect amounts in its own name. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified electronic payment provider. PELCAB does not store full credit or debit card information on its own servers.
09. General Provisions
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Privacy: Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. PELCAB is a registered data controller with the ICO (Registration: ZB857117).
Amendments: The Company may amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Contact and Complaints
Official communication and complaints must be directed to info@pelcab.uk. PELCAB will act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between the Customer and the Supplier fairly and efficiently.
